I stayed here for 4 days. Right from the check-in, everything was smooth and professional. I got upgraded to a superior room which had dining table as well. Room was spacious and well maintained. Bathroom was small but clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Breakfast spread was good and the food was tasty. In-room dining had limited options and we didn't like the taste as well. Location of the hotel is awesome. It is at a walkable distance from Consulate and also not very far from main road.

It's an ecotel hotel in Secunderabad . The entrance is decent with plenty parking space . The rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities like mini fridge , work travel with chair , a lounge sofa with footrest . There was plenty of space to move around in the room. You can easily workout in the room though there is health center in the hotel which is good. The washrooms were well maintained and hygienic. The restaurant is very cosy and there were plenty of options to choose from the buffet . The quality and taste of the food was pretty good. During all meals they serve north Indian , Chinese and the traditional Andhra food as well. Even the dessert spread is pretty good . At any time there were at least 6-7 dessert options. There is swimming pool as well though I couldn't explore it. During my stay I found the staff to be courteous, helpful and very hospitable especially the staff at front desk.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The hotel is much in the interiors so, we had a quite stay. They helped us with booking a rental car for touring around the city. It took them 40-45 mins to check us in. Food was very average and hotel is quite away from the tourist locations so, we had longer hours of traveling. So overall, a nice hotel!

Standard size rooms (not really big, but adequate), but small bathroom especially the shower cubicle. Tea maker, hair dryer, electronic safe in the room, but no iron/ironing board. One executive chair & a recliner only for sitting, no separate working desk. No sitting arrangements for dressing mirror. No shaving kit & had to ask for the dental kit. Located in a quiet residential area at the end of a blind lane about 300 mitres from US consulate (which is on the same road & important landmark for asking direction for the hotel) & half Km from main road of Begumpet. So, peaceful (a bit isolated too), but not far from market. Buffet breakfast was good, but dinner was poor in quality, taste & selection of items & variety - very costly too considering the taste, quality & variety. There is a rooftop restaurant too & a swimming pool. Staffs are good. Check in and out were smooth. Sleep quality good. Value for money (at the price at which I got it). Overall good.

Personally I found this hotel pretty good with just a few exceptions. The reception staff was great, although they kept me waiting for sometime still managed to give me an early check in as soon as they could and I really appreciate it since it was needed after the long journey. Breakfast is great, not as good as Four Points or Taj but good enough. Rooms are awesome. Mattress was good enough. This is the most basic part and it met all the criterias no issues here. The only issue was with room service, it was not prompt enough. There were several instances when I had to call multiple times to get what I wanted. At night, they didn't come to pick dishes after 2 calls. So this is where they can improve. However, since overall their service was so good, I think the above problem was just a one off exception...i hope! Would definitely stay here again if I have to.

I stayed for two nights here. Rooms were clean and maintained exceptionally well. Their complimentary breakfast(buffet) is simply great and I loved the variety. I strongly recommend to go for a la carte for lunch and dinner unless you want to shell out Rs800 for the buffet each time. Do not forget to try their Chicken Briyani. It was tasty, delicious and not so spicy. Room services were prompt. They do have a pool; I never tried that though. Front desk service should be improved. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This is the best hotel near the US Consulate. People visiting the consulate can consider staying in this hotel. Spacious and very well maintained rooms. Their in house restaurant "Prana" serves the best complimentary breakfast. You can also rely on it for lunch and dinner if you're too lazy to go to main road. The staff are very well behaved. Right in front of the hotel you'll find these small shops of Jewellery and souvenir, which are very attractive. This place guarantees a completely pleasant stay. Enjoy!

Nice Hotel in the centre of the city. Very polite staff and extremely helpful for information, providing facilities. Quick response to all demands. Service in terms of time for getting food ordered was a bit long (but that indicates that fresh food was being arranged) so no complaints really. Made me a breakfast pack since I was leaving early in the morning. Would definitely like to stay again when in Hyderabad.
