Much information on the wall posters. One of the quotes about patient rights written in the hospital is something like treating people equally... but the thing happened is parent awaits whole night in the waiting hall for his child bearing with mosquitos and sweat but some staff comes and switch off the fan mid night with shouting like as i did crime in the name of saving power as their sir said. You may be following the all the principles but discussing more about financial matters with your staff than principles won't make best hospital. Maybe my feedback helpful.. Oh god bless the people with no need of hospital
He might be a good doctor, But he should know how to interact with patients. Especially with months babies. They will call 2-3 patients into the doctor room at a time, If any child cries, He will get irrigated and ask you to go out. Also He will not touch the kid at all. He will not listen what you say and He will not give you the chance to ask your doubts. He should be polite with patients

Your reply shows your attitude. You suggested to check with my friends. INDEED My friends also faced the same situation with you.... Forget about checking with friends, There were 5 people who liked my reviewed and all those 5 people were unknown to me.... If you are concerned about baby cry will not let you check other patients, why are you calling 2-3 patients at a time. Also, You didn't request to wait out side, Instead the doctor said(in an angry voice) to other patient(with whom the doctor was checking), "How can I listen in this noisy situation", Then decided we went outside and wait. Please be humble and polite with patients.
