Treatment is very good , doctor concern is good, dr. Hithaishi madam treatment is good, when I visit there I have a huge problem, but after treatment of 2 days, i recovered a lot. But the major problem in the hospital was time. When u visit without any report it take morning to evening

I made appointment for my in-law the day before and they told me to come at 9:30. I arrived at 9:20 and they told that doctor is not here and she will arrive in two hours and they let patients wait outside (since there is no space to sit inside because of overcrowding). The time is 12:30, but still no one is answering where the doctor is and nobody is even trying to help us or tell us what time doctor is going to come. Finally we are seen by doctor at 1:30. 4 hours wait time in hot sun outside with patient, is it really fair?

2. If no body care about us, we shouldn't care about them either.

1. It's your curtousy to call the patients and let them know doctor is going to be late, so that we can plan accordingly. ( there are patients and attendees who Could be sick or could be mother of a baby).
2. You staff are irresponsible and reckless.
3. Please remember and don't take anything for take it granted.
