I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff was attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The cleanliness standards were top-notch, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options for breakfast. The central location made it easy to access local attractions and transport. The only minor downside was the occasional noise from outside, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again during my next visit.
This is the most awful experience we ever had...Hospitality is something which the hotel is not even aware of..Arrogant staff especially the manager who is always ready to fight with you and will say a NO to everything you ask for ..The most disgusting thing they could do is decline for just pieces of Dosas packed for kids as it was an early travel ..After several request the manager disrespectfully said a clear NO for something which we have paid them for...A big NO NO to this hotel if anyone wants and believes in hospitality..extra bed no extra comforter NO even if u pay extra
