An RMP facility is far better than this hospital. We shouldn't even call this as hospital. Such a worst place. They dont care of patients and no hospitality, no responsibility. All the staff are with zero knowledge. Not a hygienic environment. Doctors are with no punctuality, no accountability. They dont listen to patient's issues completely. They are just making business not giving proper treatment. The prescription can be only understood by their pharmacy. We are forced to buy medicine there only without any discounts. Same medicine we can get at lower price at outside pharmacy. But the prescription they couldn't read. They give fake reviews from our phone(takes phone for confirm payment, prescription etc). If we dont give phone, then they beg for 5 star rating. I visited the hospital based on ratings but i realized that all the ratings are fake. WARNING: Please be cautious before you go to this hospital. Dont fall into these fake review trap.

Note: After the management view this comment, there can be mix of reviews/ratings. Let's come to the review: Have taken the treatment here for 1 year. With the doctor's advice taken all the medicine and tests. Spent around 1L. It's really huge for a middle class family. As it's about health, so can't compromise. That's what making their business. After 1 year course when we visited the doctor, he told us to continue the medicine for few more months. That is also not a problem. But I got suspicious when the patient mentioned the same problem for which taking the medicine from the past one year doctor's response - "I'm not treating that, am treating something else all this time". I was shocked and scared. Later, while checking the Google reviews, surprised to see 5 star rating from me with the comment "Very good hospital doctor best".But from past few months ain't giving any reviews. After thinking a lot, realised that they have given the rating to themselves from my account when I paid the medical bill from GPay. They have taken my mobile with an excuse of verifying it, and rated themselves. Such a disgusting thing. Unethical. Coming to the staff (all are girl, below 30), through out the period visited the hospital multiple times, and most of the time one/two girls were replaced by new staff members. How can we review staff when staff is not permanent (or atleast consistent for few months). Have to leave the footwear outside and wash hands and feet, otherwise not allowed but staff is above all these rules. Medical Shop - Even if Rs.1/- is less in the payment, they don't give pack the medicine. If they are that particular, should provide proper billimg, but the bill they give isn't standard. No hospital name, proper prescription, GSTIN is shown there. It's just an Estimation Slip. One very important point, almost 90% of the reviews are users' first and one and only review. What does it mean, those users never given any reviews till date(23.09.21), and they are very much satisfied with the service that they had given for this hospital ??? (Pity that those users don't even know that they're are being reason for more patient to come to this hospital) Such a systematic fraud. Stay away, don't waste your money for such horrible service.

worst experience with the staff. Staff doesn't have knowledge and they don't know how to take blood from person, their staff tried 5 times to take blood from a person and they failed , they are laughing, behaving foolish when they are taking the blood. Doctor (Srinivasarao B) is supporting them and he is saying sometimes they can't take the blood due to patient inabilities and lack of blood. I went to nearest lab on same day and they have taken blood without pain and very carefully.
