Rooms are good and available at medium cost of 1500 only. Beds are okay. Maintenance is good. 1km to Light house. Beach is just 1.5 kilometer.

Ram, heartfelt thanks for most comfortable and feel at home stay. Can't describe in words how our skater kids felt at home away from home. Amazing hospitality and care especially when our kids were alone without their parents. Most safe and warm stay. We are committed to come back again as and when we are at Vizag. A well furnished service apartment in the heart of the city near Beach Road. Very well maintained, neat and clean rooms. Homely atmosphere. Oct, Nov, Dec being the peak season it's advisable to book early if one is planning to visit Vizag and Araku Valley during this time. Rk beach is just 2 kms from this place. Well connected to rest of the parts of the city. Staffs are well behaved and very helpful.

Reasonably priced. Clean room with western toilets. Ground floors rooms had some smell as if were closed for some time, 2nd floor rooms were bright and airy. Working AC, TV, running hotwater. Courteous helpful staff/manager/owner. Residential area near Budhapark (300 mtr from Beach road), 2.5 km from RK beach. No food option. Good for accomodation only.

It's good only for bachelor place. We booked as a family and we regretted our booking here right after reaching the place. As we reached at night with kids, we didn't have any other choice except staying there. 1. At night, group of guys were using weed and other stuffs which we did not expect in a place to stay(especially with kids). 2. There are a lot of staffs than the persons staying at the place 3. AC didn't work in our room and after so many fights and talking to the owner, the room was temporarily changed. 4. No proper drinking water was provided.. some random can water is filled in empty bottles and given. 5. Definitely this place is not for family

Good homely place to live with family and friends. 20 min approximately from Railway station and a very nice and quiet place. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staffs are good and curteous. Security is good and being situated in a colony area near the Beach Road is very good. Away from city area hustle, getting lunch and dinner meals is quite cumbersome. Nearest food joints are for fast food and not typical to North Indian or East Indian food availability for regular meals.

Good place to stay, and very good location

One best place to stay if u wish to have a holiday to relax. Situated in a good and peaceful location. I cannot say that it's maintained in the best way ,but good . It specifies availability of car parking in MMT but there's no such parking facility available.
