Today We stopped for a quick cup of tea on our journey back home. The concerned staff standing near the restaurant door greeted us. We requested him to serve us tea near the pool game area. The man who catered to us was so Polite, excellent in his work. I wish i would have asked him his name & would have mentioned it in this review. He made us feel dam comfortable & just for a cup of tea his approach was worth praising . He took the order with a smile , asked us how we want the tea made with a smile & served with a smile & quick service . Next trip i will definitely halt & stay here ..
Manas resort was an unexpected stoppage during our sudden unplanned long road trip from Thane.
Enjoyed the Buffet over there. Nice ambiance. Clean surrounding.
This property is worth every penny spent. It's an amazing picturesque property. Well maintained and not to forget the food. The staff is extremely welcoming and they go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. Special mention to Nalin, Anil and Ketan. They were so helpful and accommodating. This place is where you can go with your family, friends and relax. Special mention to the chef, the food is so tasty and comforting. Every dish is made with the thought of making you happy. Def. Worth a stay.

Not a luxury resort for sure. We had booked a suite room which is shown on website as 640 sqft. But actual room is much much lesser in size. Bathroom is quite tiny. Cannot call it a suite room.
Seems to be more of a lodge rather than resort. They re using fancy names and cheating people. I am surprised to see the reviews. Looks like paid or false reviews.
Also construction work going on till late night right outsidethe room. We come for a vacation to avoid the dust and pollution. Paying heavily and still suffering from dust.
The resort does not have any nature view. Food is average. In short waste of money and time.
Being here for 3 days with the office staff for sales conference..
I can say the service is too good and on timely manner..

Visiting during monsoon will make you flabbergasted as you will see only fog and fog all around you feeling very mesmerizing
Have very large all for conference and any other business or cultural activities..
Swimming pool is tough though for those who can't swim as the dept is directly 5.5 feet
Recommended to visit here and enjoy the climate and you won't regret it..

Pathetic service in Restaurant,
Restaurant where 100 people can Eat .but they don't Have a wash Basin in restaurant... And Have only Single Washroom for men and Women... And Wash basin Is Also There.....how can You expect 100 people using same washbasin and Washroom together. Food Quality is Also Very poor . Just they are Charging for name ..... I recommend do not visit here ...
Well maintained , net & clean hotel located in natural atmosphere. They don't have dormitories for car drivers of guests. Food & liquor charges are on higher side.

The facility is convenient and food served all meals was well including bifurcation of Jain and non Jain.

One of the best villa in igatpuri. We stayed in sky waters olive. Also the service was amazing. Owais and Satyam the managers of property look personally into our stay for smooth check-in and check-out
Air villa was awesome. Away from city.

The rooms are neat and clean and the view is BREATHTAKING! They have a beautiful large hallway on each floor from where you can witness the beautiful majestic valley and the train passing through them.
The owner and staff is very friendly and caring.
Location is very good. Great view of highway as well as valley. But not so clean place. Not good for family. But if u want to get drunk with ur friends its good. No changes in hotel from last 10 to 15 years. Food not available.
