Manappuram Yoga Centre and I crossed paths when I was suffering from diabetes. At a time when I felt so mentally and physically weak, restorative yoga classes sounded like a good opportunity to get some stress relief and heal. I had never done any yoga prior to my classes at mayoga, but with instructor's clear, personalized, and empathetic approach I learned things and I am able to effectively practice the yoga positions my own. The classes allow instructor to provide unique attention to each of their client's needs, be it physical or mental.I have been practicing yoga in mayoga for 4 months.I can clearly see the changes on my body. This places gives me immense joy. It is filled with positive vibes. The ambiance inside the institute is fabulous. I credit finding MaYoga when I did as one of the reasons for my better being . This is the best place in Thrissur to learn and practice yoga.

I am attending yoga sessions for the last 3 months at Ma Yoga Centre, MG Road, Thrissur. After joining this Yoga, my body has become more flexible. Added to that the session is helping to relieve my stress. The instructor Sarika Madam makes the session interesting and satisfying. I appreciate the way in which she motivates each one of us. Added to that, the administrative staffs are very pleasing. Everything put together, Ma Yoga Centre is creating an energetic atmosphere for their clients.

The 'go to' place if you want to sit in meditation for sometime, looking at the statue of Buddha under the Banyan tree. The place is so tranquil and serene, you forget the worries and concerns of everyday life. All that you want is to sit there for hours and hours. The yoga teachers are exceptionally good because of their trained professionalism and commitment to each student who comes there for yoga training. Special mention to my yoga teacher Miss. Leeshma in guiding me throughout the journey of yoga. Thank you!
