Good facility, but the fee structure needs to be economical to the society. Trainers are available and the facility opens at 5 am and close at 10 pm Female and male trainers are there. Also ladies only time is between 11 am to 3pm. And they have special timings for their employees too. Apart from the admission fee, they charge separate for strengthening and cardio. You can also take it as a combo for reduced price . Personal training is also provided by them with certified personal trainers

I took PT under Praleej. He is an excellent trainer who understood what fits my mind and body. He has an intuitive process backed by scientific knowledge that sets himself apart. He focused on cumulative improvements rather superficial outcomes, pushing me just the right amount. As for the gym, it was little small and stuffy. The community compensated for any shortcomings regarding the equipment/ infrastructure.

Has been going to this gym for 2 months now it's been a great experience. Especially the two ladies trainers Navya and Anuja who has been a great trainers as well as a great friend. In the past 2 months there has been a significant improvement in overall strength. The whole atmosphere of the gym is very positive as well as very clean.

All the equipment is excellent and, unfortunately, this is not a place for beginners or teenagers who take bodybuilding seriously, it is a bit higher compared to other fitness center fees, but its proper equipment is of perfect quality, All members have a specific time to enter here, no parking.

I have been training under Mr.Rosh rafeek sir (Mr.India) an excellent and devoted coach. When i was joined here i was not aware of the possibilities of bodybuilding, Rafeek sir is one who shape my mind and pave a path for bodybuilding. Now i am training for nationals and he always been my side and motivates me to achieve my goal. Manapuram fitness center is well equipped and well furnished fitness center with advanced machines. No pain No gain ... Did you workout today?
