The male staff name(surendran pilla) especially who is sitting in reception area very rude and very badly behaved,no manners at all.its affecting the reputation of hospital.especialy very low class speaking

Early morning need to be there for getting appointment. No phone call appointments are available. If the person need to be finish consultant earlier, then he need to be there at least 5 Am. Specialized hospital for urology , gastrology.

Very poor front end administration, running only because of the reputation of veteran doctors. Staffs are struggling to handle crowds during registration and the process is not computerized, hence long wait to get an appointment. Also there in no phone in appointment. Tough to believe in this modern era we have this kind of hospitals!!!

The hospital staff is very arrogant. They do not give proper information and talk rudely as if it is their ancestral property. The management should read the reviews here and consider changing such irresponsible idiots.

VERY BAD STAFF, Speaking rudely and very arrogant. Will not give any details over phone. Useless. Poor facility and infrastructure. No pre-registration or advance booking. Untidy place. Only knows how to collect fees. Worthless creatures, don't know anything.

Doctors are highly experienced and best in South India, but the hospital service is very bad, no timing, no proper information what time doctors are available, any late coming or not. Staff are very rude

Infrastructure facilities and amenities should be much more improved. Respected management, please arrange proper administration, information system in your hospital.

This review is not about the consultants or the treatment. The staffs are really rude especially over the phone. They are in such a hurry to give answers and provide incomplete and confusing information.
