The male staff name(surendran pilla) especially who is sitting in reception area very rude and very badly behaved,no manners at all.its affecting the reputation of hospital.especialy very low class speaking
Early morning need to be there for getting appointment. No phone call appointments are available. If the person need to be finish consultant earlier, then he need to be there at least 5 Am. Specialized hospital for urology , gastrology.
Very poor front end administration, running only because of the reputation of veteran doctors. Staffs are struggling to handle crowds during registration and the process is not computerized, hence long wait to get an appointment. Also there in no phone in appointment. Tough to believe in this modern era we have this kind of hospitals!!!
