Mamta Courtyard Anjuna - Hotel in Anjuna - North Goa, India

This is my honest review. Hotel staff is totally exceptional. But you can't expect them to sit with the guest, get you hot water in a bucket and blow you air instead of fan. We stay in non AC room There was no power backup no hot water. Property location is good.

Hi this is my review from last week, Had wonderful experience to stay at mamta court yard.the service is perfect provided by shaljeet and ramchandra who are helpers.The owner particularly helped us in whatever we needed. Need to focus on the particular things which are provided by them such as water,towels and hot water.we were provided by the owners and helpers bt after asking for it...These things when focused will help them to reaching rating of 5 stars. Thank you so much shaljeet and ramchandra for ur dedication.

I stayed in this place last year as well so that is why I booked this place again but what I got here is there is no hospitality and they are arguing that if you're paying 1500 then you won't get water bottle if you book a stay which cost 20,000 then only you will get water bottle. And the next day they are arguing about their hospitality, which is zero. All the staff in this hotel are drunk all the time . So for couples I won't suggest this place. We check out at 1:30 pm they charged 500 extra . Don't go for this property

Had a really comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and even made arrangements for my birthday. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hygienic stay

The best place for a budget luxury stay. The ambience of this place was awesome.The manager Bhushan Goswami is very well mannered and helpful, especially he is very helpful person.The reception is up 24/7. Totally a great experience.

Overall a great room to stay... Mr Haldonkar was very helpful who arranged booking for us in midnight at reasonable rate.... Only service needs to be improved is bed foam quality & mattress ... Rest it is a perfect to stay on very much roadside....

I had a disappointing experience during my recent 4-night, 5-day stay at Mamta Courtyard in Goa, Anjuna. To begin with, our encounter with the manager, Mr. Bhushan, was less than welcoming. When we arrived, it was evident that he was intoxicated, which made communication nearly impossible. This left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, as it hindered our ability to address our concerns. One of our primary issues was the room situation. We had booked deluxe rooms, but Mr. Bhushan attempted to place us in standard rooms. It was evident that he was trying to pull a scam on us. After much insistence and argument, we were finally allocated the rooms we had originally reserved, but this unnecessary ordeal was an unwelcome start to our stay. Another major letdown was the check-in process. Despite arriving before the stipulated time of 12:30 PM, we didn't gain access to our rooms until 2:30 PM. This delay meant that a significant portion of our first day was wasted, which was far from ideal, especially considering the limited time we had for our trip. Another concerning incident involved scooter rental services. Mr. Bhushan, seemingly eager to earn a commission, quoted us an inflated rate of 700 rupees per day for scooter rental, despite the prevalent rate being 450 rupees per day in Goa. After refusing this overpriced deal and securing a scooter elsewhere, Mr. Bhushan's attitude visibly soured, which added to our overall frustration. Furthermore, the lack of basic services at Mamta Courtyard was astonishing. Throughout our entire stay, there was no room service available, and our rooms were not cleaned for the entire duration of four days. This was highly inconvenient and not in line with our expectations of a hotel stay. To compound matters, there appeared to be a complete absence of staff for assistance or support, both during the day and at night. The absence of security at the gate added to our discomfort, making us question the safety of the premises. Adding to the list of grievances, we experienced electricity outages on the last day of our stay and endured two days without running water in the bathroom. These issues significantly tarnished our overall experience and were unacceptable for a hotel of any caliber. Perhaps the most concerning aspect of our stay was Mr. Bhushan's attempt to coerce us into writing positive reviews on Agoda and Google before we left the hotel. This is not only unethical but also reflects poorly on the hotel's integrity. I strongly advise against staying at Mamta Courtyard, especially for female travelers or groups. Our experience was marked by a drunken manager, deceptive practices, delays, a lack of services, and a general feeling of neglect. It was far from the enjoyable and safe stay we had anticipated in Goa.
