Mama Bhagne Restaurant - Bengali restaurant in Puri - Puri, India

It is located near by Kakatuyar Mistanno Bhandar.. If you find authentic Bengali food then you can visit this place...This place was neat and clean ...We ordered veg thali ,cost rs 100 rs . There you can find rice, daal , mixed veg , alu posto , crispy potato fry or zhuri alu bhaja , lemon , chilli and turmeric chutney.. Every dishes were really good.. Also we tried fish and chicken kosha and egg curry.. Fish was fresh and tasty, egg was not recommended it was tasteless, Chicken was good but not spicy it is more flavour full if you try this with any bread rather than rice.. Recommended...

I took a plate of biryani parcel, at that time there were only 4-5 customers in their restaurant. Still they made me wait for 45 minutes. Then what I got was not biryani at all. 2 pieces of chicken mixed with thick rice with carrot and onion and leftover chiken gravy delivered to me. At night I didn't have any more food so I kind of forced myself to having a bit. The rest went in the dustbin. Never recommended.

A really well maintained place to dine in. Tasty and good quality food is served here at reasonable price . Different varieties of Veg and non veg food is available here. You can visit this restaurant to have Break-fast , lunch or dinner If you're bengali then you'll definitely love the taste of the food. They charge extra money for extra rice plates but it's worth it as the quality of rice is great.

The thalis are very bad, most of the dishes are fill up with potatoes and you won't get option of salads or fries also some table were unclean and their drinking water jars and glass also look so unclean. Not gonna recommend this place for lunch.

They dont have any service, room is okay but nothing else at all. Thir restaurant MAMA BHAGNE has worst behavior specially the manager is rude. Dont go, your trip will not be enjoyable. They dont have bottled water, cold drinks services and will not let you to keeps your water or cold drinks bottles for few hours. Your party is ruined. No food and snacks supply to room. After paying a good amount you only get a bed and ac. Thats it.

Didn't capture any photo as there was too much crowded otherwise anyone can understand how delicious food they make always with pocket friendly price. Really very good experience with the resturent everytime. Their crab items are my favorite. Love this restaurant, looking forward to come again. jy' jgnnaath mhaaprbhu
