Worst experience. Rooms and bathrooms are filthy without basic toiletries. Fridge dead and linens dirty. Nobody cares. Staff is not trained for hospitality.
In restaurant ordered veg kofta bur served mix veg.
Reception is polite though.
Their family room has the toilet and bathroom outside the room. Can you believe it . So you have a bath and walk to your room from there. They have drapes put outside these bathrooms like it a dingy bar bathroom. Disgusting place. Pathetic .
Nice rooms . Valley view form backyard. Food is also good.

Good location, neat rooms, attached toilet was clean. Dining area has its limitations as the open kitchen is in it & is not properly ventilated though the food was tasty. Helpful Staff, specially Mr. Guru.
Construction wise The Retreat looks a bit older.

Gada Shah -gdaa shaah- was supplier of stores to the Sultanate. His 'shop' was in fact a large mall like storehouse of goods, residential buildings and so on. To call it a Dukan is funny indeed.
