The place was located on outskirts and the road leading to the place was not good but once you reach the place and look at the view, you will forget everything. It's stunning. Place is calm and great for relaxing. Not a very big place but it was enough. The owner Ajith is a very gentle and polite person and attends you personally. Taste of the food was really good but I would appreciate little more options.
Me & my friends had a stay for 2 nights. Resort and it's outside view was amazing. A perfect weekend spot to chillout. Pros: 1) Rooms were neat & good. 2) Food was good. 3) House keeping boys were so friendly. 4) Swimming pool experience was excellent. 5) Take Bat/Ball & Badminton, U will love to play outside. 6) Kids loved running around the green lush. Cons: 1) Hot water issue which took very long intervals. 2) Switching towels & room cleaning can be done daily basis. 3) Due to heavy rain, Water was dripping inside the room. 4) Hair dryer, Toothbrush/Paste, Shower cap can be provided.
Had a great experience loved this place, surrounded with greenery..!! Staffs were really friendly experience thanks to Akshay, Raghu and Madhu who helped us with everything... And special thanks to Bharath who was always checking with us about the stay experience etc..!! Food: Good..(But need to be lil more responsible when customers give their own drinks and not getting exchanged it to someone else) Rooms: Good but(Make sure the rooms are covered with screens especially the backyard ones which had no curtains for the other half of the windows pls look into that) Service: Great Totally it was a lovely experience..!!
Amazing homestay experience in the hills! Breathtaking views, cozy accommodations, and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Mr. Krishna for Malnad homestay was very cooperative and helpful with all our queries, it was a good place for a vacation
Rooms were nice enough, stay was pleasant, the price should have been lesser though.It was quite expensive for one night considering the very minimal activities that are available indoors and outdoors.Transportation is a real issue if you dont have your own vehicle, which will really hinder your planning of activities, no public transport is available, and though resort has cab facility its veryy expensive.Geyser was not working properly in our room.Wanted to go for cycling in the morning but all the cycles were rusted with no breaks. Food was decent enough, but should have added more items on the menu.Overall stay and ambience of the resort is nice, maintainance and service is good, but dont expect more than that.Activities and food are not worth the price thats been paid.

One of the best resort I have visited. The receptionists were really very friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, swimming pool, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The green scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. Next day our bus was at 11am so we left to bangalore back. we had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality
The one and only usp of the place is the view from their room balcony and the feature of skybed they provide with each cottage. While food was decent enough, all other services was lackluster. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Great view of the tea estate and mountain valley from balcony. Cons: Too high price for the quality of the rooms and services (charges were 4k/person, which is not at all worth), food was average, distance and approach road to the homestay can be tough as roads are bad especially if it had rained, services were not quick, rooms, sheets, blankets could have been more cleaner, there were many insects and reptiles in the cottage , barring a stream and drive to a nearby cliff; no other activities possible around the resort and one will have to stay put as driving without 4x4 is very tough.
