I was suffering from chronic upper and lower back pain since 2 years. I visited multiple ortho(famous docs, don't want to take names), neuro, general practice, but none of them over the span of 2 years could solve my problem. I literally gave up and then one day, out of blue I get a message on Facebook, some unknown person I accidentally accepted the request. He said hi, I was like do you know me, he said you seem familiar. So I thought let's go check his profile. And I was surprised to see his profile. Dr. Venkat Ratnam. I explained all my problems over chat, he asked me to visit sometime soon and I'll solve 95% of your problem in one sitting. I was like maybe this is supposed to happen, maybe this is destiny, like how come this all happens by chance, let's give this a try. I was busy a couple of weeks. Got time this Oct 1st and I visited Dr. Venkat Ratnam. He explained me everything clearly why and what is happening in my body why I'm getting this pain, which no doctor previously did. Then we moved on to the chiropraction session, yeah I felt little pain during the session. After the session I got a shot of injection which was very clinically performed and I didn't notice a thing. That evening it self I felt the difference, my chronic pain like around 2 years gone in a single day. Venkat Ratnam sir chatted with me that night and asked me how I was feeling and if everything is okay. He gave his number to call him anytime or when ever I feel like I'm having some trouble regarding this back issue. As he said 95% of my problem got resolved. We have another appointment on 5th oct. After which I think 100% of my problem will be resolved. 100% recommended, 100% professional treatment and 100% explanation of illness, treatment and drugs given, 100% results and 100% follow up service.
