This is one of the best hospital in Mahabubnagar district with advance technology equipments along with friendly and helpful staff. though its bit expensive but worth it. As we have seen cost of everything has gone up including health services. i consider this hospital as a life saving hospital
Recently my Cousin was brought in emergency to Mallika Hospitals. Within half an hour he was diagnosed, Investigation done and emergency medication administered. ICU doctors were very understanding and have enough patience. Their counselling was very clear and informative. we were explain about the packages and the patient condition for the multiple time so that we can get better clarity. Even the security at ICU replied softly. The billing department was also very helpful.
Even 1 Star is not worth for this freaking hospital. I feel even writing a review is also wast of our precious time. They charge 4 times more then any other hospitals in the area. God knows what kind of treatment they give to charge that much amount. Not only that I have seen CHIRU MOVIE TAGORE KIND OF SITUATION IN THE HOSPITAL. THEY DON'T EVEN ALLOW PATIENTS TO GET DISCHARGE EVEN IN EMERGENCY SITUATION unless they clear the Bill even after taking the management. Worst experience. Will not recommended to any of my friends and family members. NOT EVEN IF THIS IS THE LAST HOSPITAL ON THIS PLANET EARTH
Worst service. For giving detailed bill they are charging Rs. 1000. Even after that they took more than a week. When requested to send an image as we are not native of Mahaboobnagar simply denied that this is not their work. Pathetic response and service.
One of new relatives was admitted with severe LVF during night times, patient was suffering with neuro problems, as this is multi specialty Hospital, they could able to manage and stable the patient condition. Thanks to Doctors and staff. They were very helpful God bless u all
