The beautiful old Terakota Temple is recently renovated and looking very beautiful but the classic Terakota sculptures & colours are missing.
Early 18th century temple built of blocks of porous volcanic rock. The temple has five turrets, the central one jutting above others. Interestingly, there is no image of any deity in the sanctum though daily pujas are offered.
This is now in diallapidated condition.not well maintained. It has lost its earlier glory. Still, people can see the terracotta art on the wall of the temple. This is Bishnupur style temple. Nearby another famous jorabangla temple of bishnupur style is there. But this is also not well maintained.
This temple needs maintenance like other old and historic buildings. It is a nice work of art. But no information is provided on the site.
Very amusing place should make a few floating resturant for public in future

Great market. Rural area but you will get everything here from fruits, vegetable,non veg..all sourced from rural farms.The price will be always less than big cities.Day to day items, groceries... Best thing is vegetables,fruits and fresh poultry item
