Removing 2 stars for no upi payments, they accepts only cash...I went here 3 to 4 times for some medical requirements, compare with other hospitals this hospital was very friendly with poor or middle class people's pocket. If we went some private hospital for delivery to a pregnant woman they charged nearly 50k to 100k. But here I was pay just 10k to 15k.. not only for this almost all treatments done with little bit charges, no bed cost and no treatment cost only we have to purchase some medicines for treatment..

Hi, We had a very good good experience at Mallareddy Narayana Hospital. One of my sisters was admitted under Dr. Anjani Kumar for TKR procedure. I was very satisfied with the Dr. Anjani Kumar sir's treatment. All the services provided in the hospital were good especially Nursing care was excellent. Nurses were taking care of us like their family member. All the services and package were affordable. I recommend this hospital for best of services.
My experience at Mall Reddy Health City was disappointing. The hospital environment was notably unclean and appeared to be geared more towards accommodating medical students than patients. While the fees were reasonable, the maintenance and cleanliness standards were severely lacking. I couldn't ignore the unpleasant odors and the visibly dirty chairs and tables. Moreover, there were instances of discourteous behavior exhibited by some of the staff towards patients, which added to the negative experience.
They are providing good service for free of cost... Doctors are very good...No Op charge and bed charge..they only charge for tests that to half the cost compared to outside..Very well maintained also..provide food 3 times for free if admitted not only for patients but also for attenders...some nurse's are under training so they do some mistakes..bathrooms and ward also very well maintained...docters roundings are from 8am to 11am and families visiting is from 4 pm to 6 pm...24/7 assistant if any emergency...
