Good place to shop groceries and clothes. Not a recommended place to hang out or eat. Infrastructure is good but shops are very limited. No entertainment options or kids area.
Mall of Joy is a must visit shopping mall in Kottayam. It is strategical located near Vaker Junction and very much accessible from Kottayam Railway station and also Kottayam KSRTC bus stand. Aimed at a growing audience in the region, which is young, educated and affluent, with a modern outlook on life, the mall will change the urban landscape of Kottayam. A venture from Joyalukkas, the Mall of Joy can be better described as a 'celebration mall'. Everything that you would want to own in your wedding shopping is right here. Featuring a unique and comprehensive medley of the best of luxury shopping in Fashion, Clothing, Accessories, Cosmetics, Watches, Footwear, Eyewear, Beauty Care and so on, the Mall of Joy would be the best of its kind.
Nice construction.But no Medical shop there ..if available ready to rate 5 star. Basis need to improve .
It is a dead place. There is no vibe or life inside it. The word Mall of Joy have to be changed to some other name which is more apt. I visited MOJ back in 2017, the whole place was packed. Fully active. There used to be a restaurant on the top floor ( must say, the food was too good).
When I compare this mall with the place it is situated then I'd say that this is not such a bad mall after all as the way it is set up is extra ordinary. The best part that I love about this is the free and spacious parking for the mall customers. This mall is worth the first visit!

I am not going to extend this review . Mall of joy is an average shopping mall. Nothing to impress you from architecture to shopping shops.Average yet convenient. The way it is build might catch your eye only if you are in the top. Elevators are spacious. Parking is spacious.Not at all crowded. The inside of mall is not that spacious when in crowded times its gonna be very difficult.There is no place to sit unlike others malls in ernakulam. Not even a single area /bench . It is very hard to spot the rest room sign boards are wrong and crazy. One cannot compare it with the malls of ernakulam. One can tell its a average mall of joy.
Small Mall with the beauty of Joy's outlets (Alukkas) and few other shops. A 5star style Resturant, kids gaming area with 14D dynamic theater.. all at affordable rate also a good good to visit daily supermarket. Well maintained, clean, lots of security guards and staffs, Parking space. Etc. at Town center.
Good choice for someone looking for vegetarian food. Masaladosa & their meals are the most ordered items. Have average parking space and the place is easily identifiable from vehicles in any traffic conditions. Bus stop & Petrol pump are situated nea
