We had a good and memorable experience here, each and every moment was enjoyed well. Mr.Jomy arranged a houseboat trip with staying overnight in the boat itself and We enjoyed our houseboat trip with good food with my entire family. Pricing was very much nominal and trip timings also were planned well for the sightseeing.

The food was very good at the resort and my entire family liked it. Pricing was very much nominal and affordable. The only thing was kids pool was not working and we were able to spend time in the adult's Pool only. The Property was very good with lots of greenery with a lakeside. Since it was Christmas Season the service person was too busy with lots of guests and there was little delay in service.

Comfortable Stay, New Rooms with all basic amenities.Recommend for families. Location is very nice in front of the river having good scenic beauty. We've had good time for 6 days during my second visit to this Home Stay. Got Discount as well in room rates.

Clean and new rooms. Two Single rooms with attached bathrooms at ground floor and a 2 bed room stay upstairs. One of the single rooms is inside the house. The family staying in the home is very friendly so it is up to the guests to choose which single bedroom to choose. There are no TV in the single rooms. No a/c. The road to this place is narrow some encroachment has made the last stretch very risky for 4 wheel driver. Once reaching, there are many car parking areas around. Even if you book in advance better to confirm booking. One need to enter details in a register there. The house owner will provide only coffee. No food. Good view of the river and the church on the other side!

Came over to attend the engagement ceremony of an office colleague. Initially chose this homestay since it was right opposite St Mary's Church. The host and owner of the place, Mr Xavier is a gem of a person, a very pleasant host. The rooms are the right size and neat and tidy. AC not needed. Hot water 24 hours. The morning view is very pleasant and relaxing. Do try a paddle boat or more boat ride on the river running right in front of the homestay.

I visited this Homestay for the marriage of my friend and found good rooms and riverside atmosphere. Myself with 3 members stayed over there for night and we enjoyed well.

Thanks to Jomy for helping me organize the trip for 15 members. His heritage house was awesome, Martin the owner of the house made us feel comfortable like our own house. He arranged traditional kerala food and other authentic drinks. I definitely recommend his place for staying :)
