Visited this place with family on the weekend. The weather was really good. We parked at the start of the fort and started the trekking. It's easy to reach the top. There are 2 temples on the Fort and the view is great from the Fort. The place was not crowded and we enjoyed our time on the fort. You will not find many options to buy food here. Recommended place family to spend qualify time!!
Beautiful place. Calm and peaceful. One can enjoy this short trek with family and friends. Kids too will love climbing this hill. It takes 20-30 min to climb. On the way you can buy fresh fruits from nearby farmers (guava, custord apple, fig etc). A perfect weekend spot.
Beautiful place. There is a 5 km walk from bus stand. Best to visit with own vehicle. A 15 minutes hike is there to reach the top. View is amazing . Risk level 4/10. Safer compared to other forts during rainy season
Good fort to spend half a day, not much crowded. Monsoon wind will make you relax. Only one or two shops we found up those are selling water and chips. 4 wheeler can go till the stairs of the fort. 40Rs entry for 4 wheeler. Bikes are free i guess. Overall a good visit can go with family. Track is easy but older people can find difficulty.
Bikes and Cars go up the point where staircase starts, but be careful since the steps up to the fort are kind of slippery and you need good grips on your shoes to be comfortable. Views are good from the top of the fort, and if there are clouds or rains around them it will be spectacular as well. Only one restaurant is there downwards to fort. So carry your food or water bottles with you always. On the way to the fort, you will find many farms of Guava and Sitafal ( custard apple ), try to purchase some of you find someone selling. They are authentic and have original taste.

Such a stunning place...Not much left to see in the fort but the view from the top is outstanding....Even though we went on saturday it wasn't crowded.. There are no eateries nearby hence the area surrounding is also very clean. There are 2 ways to go to the top a small trek or via road. Car goes till the top.
This place is just soooo beautiful! (Checkout the last week's pics) One of the best places I've been in and around Pune. Ideal for a fun friends trip or a family picnic. It also has temples and a small shop to eat and have awesome tea. For better experience, go on days when clouds are all over and it's about to rain Strongly recommended!
