We had to go to the malayatoor church so booked this place for a day.The malayatoor church also has facilities for stay that we weren't aware of The bedding, towels etc were clean. The room, floor, table etc were also clean but the lights,lamps, fan etc were dusty. Soap , shampoo and dental kit was provided. AC was working fine. 24 hrs hot water supply was there. Bathroom was clean and well maintained . The bathroom was senior citizen friendly. The fan in our room wasn't working but we didn't bother to complain. During our vist the painting of the hotel was going on. Food is available in the room - good food and good service. There is a bar attached to this hotel with the same entry gate and hence at the entrance there would always be few drunk people. They didn't bother us or interfere with us but overall didn't get a comfortable vibe. It would be nice if there would be separate entry/ gate to the bar and the hotel. .
Hot hall at the top. No AC. No proper ventilation. No privacy to the liquor supply spot from hall where children are present. That is awful. Otherwise not bad.

Average hotel to stay. This is a bar attached hotel. The food in the family restaurant is average Rooms are good. Staffs were helping. We experienced 2 inconvenience. One was the loud talking geared from our next room. Other was the sliding door of the wash room, which was very hard to open and close.
Rooms are nice and maid are helpful Wi-Fi is good too and all other services are available. There are few shops nearby for tea or some fruits shopping..
