This is my favourite place for servicing my Ford Fiesta. Mr Roy is a supportive service advisor. Their manpower is less, but they are doing a pretty decent job compared to most other showrooms.
If possible I would have given zero stars... Very bad experience.... My hus bought a brand new ford ecosport from malayalam ford and from the beginning it showed complaints and many a times we gave it for rectifying the issue to the showroom... But the issue couldn't be identified... Since 20 days the car is in the showroom....buying a ford ecosport from malayalam ford turned out to be one of the worst decisions of our life...the financial and emotional stress we are going through cant be explained in words...even the ford company is not taking any action....every time a mail or message is send, the reply is the vehicle is under observation...i want to know how long u r going to keep the car....I demand a replacement or refund at the earliest.

Bought brand new ecosport in July. From the beginning itself the vehicle is having trouble. Last month 20th the vehicle was given to the showroom room for issue rectification. Till now the issue has not been resolved and they are not giving a proper reply. They couldn't even find the issue.
