When I enter their premises they asked me to remove my shoes. And I've asked a question like how many technicians do you've inside are they working inside with barefoot. So what, and why you want me to remove my shoes out there, I'm paying some thousands and I've my rights and I know my rights, can you tell that your premises is 100% clean 1. You keep your front door open always. 2. You don't have air conditioner inside the premises. 3. You don't have proper housekeeping staff. But you guys charge us more

Too worst hospital i've ever seen. Receptionist sounds too rude and harsh. The staff's don't even know how to behave. People will never approach this hospital 2nd time. There is a huge problem i found here and that you need to be aware of. They ask the out patients and visitors to remove footwear before entering the hospital. If you're supposed to be barefoot when you go into the toilet for getting urine sample.... Nasty... Ohh, the staffs all wear footwear inside... Only the common citizen are getting risk infected. I recommend that you object to go to the bathroom without slippers. I raised complaint to Dr. Malar about this issue, she favored their staff and not at all ready to listen my words... Jus blindly ignore.... Very poor in hygiene and cleanliness... Can offer better service by improving cleanliness and ensuring hygiene for everyone.

Very good hospital for women's who is pregnant. They are mostly trying for normal delivery. She is the best doctor in Kovilpatti.
