The back potion of Malampuzha dam is absolutely gorgeous for line wanders who doesn't want any crowd and noise. It's a total peace and calm area . Good roads through the side of dam water body. Better drive carefully because the roads and dam are not separated.

This place is present at just a 5 mins of drive from Malampuzha dam garden entry point. Basically this is just the back side of dam where you can see beautiful landscape view of the reservoir. Some people climb down the roadside rocks to reach out to the shore of reservoir which is little risky, watchout for your safety if you wanted to get down to water. Nevertheless you can enjoy the beautiful view with calm environment and also it is a highly photogenic spot. A place not to be missed if you are planning to go to Malampuzha.
Peaceful and most beautiful landscape with the view of mountain and reservoir area. The road that extends few kilometers to a small village area where we can sit and enjoy the scenery. The road is not accessible during heavy rains as the water level rises in the dam.
It's located backside the dam, please ensure ur safety you are travel with children's it's good location but don't play inside the water area.must try this spot wen it's rainy / sunrise time.sutch a fentastic location chill ur friends / family / couples.
