Good place safety for all staff are kind the location all are near to the room food are available in cheap to high rates also hot water also provided gud to visit the room

1. No parking 2. Forget about hot water even if you request them. 3. Price is reasonable

Very bad servicing. Room is not provided with safety .There are opened window in bathroom which is uncomfortable for women. Fan in the room is with heavy noise which discontinoued the sleep. In inside the room there are sound from the next room and also from outside which is uncomfortable. Very bad experience

Dirty rooms and worst service experience. Not a penny worth. The toilet didn't had a toilet seat. No hanger in the toilet. Very dim lighting; when asked for water he asked me to collect it from the toilet tap. No tv or anything in the room. No towel or soap. The drawer in the room was filled with used glasses. After checking out at 6:30am, i gave my bag to the guy to keep for a couple of hours while i go for the chembra trek. And while coming back i found the bag lying on the stairs. Overall it's better to switch to somewhere else if it's not late.

The service is very poor. Very bad attitude and behaviour from resort staff. He told me that he'll give 14, 15 rooms which were at the end of the row. We have to pay him full payment in advance. No option to pay the next day or on closing. And then he gave different rooms. We made a mistake we were late for half an hour of check out. But the behaviour and arrogant attitude after paying full cash was very rude. Even before I told him we are en route and late, he replied very rudely to come within 5 minutes. The price was not worth staying there. Road side hotel. No good service.
