I recently visited Malabar Medical College Hospital and Research Centre as a patient, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half without being able to consult with the doctor. This situation was particularly challenging for me as a patient who cannot stand for extended periods. One of the main concerns I observed was the lack of sufficient seating facilities. The waiting area was overcrowded, and there were not enough seats for all the patients. This not only made the wait uncomfortable but also raised concerns about the potential spread of diseases due to the close proximity of patients. I would like to suggest a couple of improvements that I believe could greatly enhance the patient experience at your hospital. Firstly, consider providing better information about the expected wait times for appointments. It would be helpful if patients could be directed to the available doctor at the time of booking, ensuring that their waiting time is minimized. Secondly, investing in a more spacious and comfortable waiting area would make a significant difference. By providing ample seating arrangements and maintaining appropriate social distancing, patients can wait more comfortably and with reduced health risks. I understand that managing a hospital is complex, and I sincerely hope my feedback is taken constructively. This is not the first time I've experienced such delays and discomfort at your hospital, and I believe these improvements could make a positive impact on the overall patient experience. Good hospital with all departments. Good and experienced doctors available in morning and evening OP. The causality operated 24 hours and specialist doctors available on demand overnight. The hospital also have a dental college ibn the campus with all facilities and provides services at cheap price. Good facility for villagers nearby. Very pathetic lift facility . Even patients have to wait long time.

Affordable hospital,backing insurance.But service is quiet questionable,sometimes they provide good service and sometimes low key. They have a bunch of experienced doctors,we need to do our homework and choose our appointments wisely.

The word "atrocious" wont be sufficient enough to describe the medical treatment that was provided from MMC. Literally donno what they mean by "discover a new life". It's like "experience a hell life" once you accidentally made a visit. It takes 4 hrs to change a urinal cathedral. Can anyone imagine such a restless treatment or heard before... I wud welcome anyone who faces anymore time to change it. Paplease keep in mind that patients are not your students experiment tool. It would be great if you keep it in mind. Another interesting fact I missed out is... Patient is waiting in the bed for urinal cathedral change and nurse station is busy taking selfie. Thankyou for such wonderful entertainment.

My visit to the emergency department on November 17th was disappointing. The patient I accompanied had bruises, but we faced a delay of over 30 minutes in receiving care. We reached at 8:00 Am. The wound was cleaned at 8:40 Am. The response from the staff was slow, possibly due to a shift change. Overall, it was a negative experience.
