Very horrible experience. No respect to customers. I waited 2 hours for the food and they didn't deliver. Also there was no response when i contacted. Very much dissapointed from their behavior.

Very bad experience at first. Delay of food delivery. They took 20 minutes to deliver a quarter alfahm manti. It's not usual in any other manti shop. And the rate is very high compared to other manti shops.

Serves delicious biriyani and fried rice at reasonable prices. Good customer service. This is one of the best places in Medical College area to have food.

Food was amazing. Happy to see that they didn't compromise in the taste! My favourite dishes tasted exactly the same how those were an year back!

Waited for 25 minutes to buy 15 parathas. After that they gave the ordered items to the people who came. I had waited there because i didn't know how to fight like others. This firm is being carried forward by a few people who do not know what customer service is. Some of them do not understand that if there is no customer, there is no firm. *Very bad service.* I don't understand what kind of pleasure they get by making someone wait for 25 minutes. If they had said a word that there would be a delay in giving the order, my precious time would not have been wasted. I am writing this here so that no one gets such a bad service from there. This is not like any other service, there is no need to talk about culture to those who treat people who come to buy food like this!
