Malabar Hotel - Kerala restaurant in Kolhapur - Kolhapur, India

I often visit this famous hotel for its delicious and tasty Chicken Biryani with Lachha Paratha. You can also get Tambada Rassa at free of cost. One can enjoy lunch as well as dinner at a very affordable price here.

The Name is Malabar Hotel, unfortunately there is only one Kerala dish "Kerala porota", except that all other items on the menu are normal North Indian dishes. The food is below average,

Don't understand why MSRTC likes this place. I changed my travel timings so that I don't have to stop here for lunch. The place doesn't have decent toilets. Toilets are at the other end of the property thus during rains one has to tread thru mud and slush. Food quality is at best average. Tea is too sweet. Ambience is like most MSRTC rest stops- unclean and poorly kept

The quality of the food is average. Good service. If you want to just have a meal, you can have it here. But I didn't find something special or different.

Food is average, location wise good, service is average, less waiting time.

Veg thali 90rs. Do try it . It has masoor, mix veg, 2 chapati ,n yellow dal that's ro yum. Dal n sabji can be repeated without any cost.

Nice hotel for lunch and diner the food test is nice , but parking problem if you have two wheler then this is acceseble hotel

Good place to have non-veg dishes... especially biryani...
