They don't serve tea or coffee, we went on a Sunday and Only after we had ordered food and started having them they tell us this. Later they justified they offer parcel only service and not dine in. Then why did they offer food for us in the first place we don't know.. when we asked the same the server decided to ignore us completely. We had porotta and chicken fairly okay for the price. But the servers and hotel folks really need to learn to communicate with customers.
This is a local restaurant in Palluruthy. Pocket friendly meals and curries. The place needs more lighting as it is very dark and moody. The server's are mostly Bengal natives who lack active interaction with customers. Food is good or average
