For many years, we have relied on Malabar Gold and Diamonds as our go-to destination for purchasing gold. Their commitment to quality, trust, and exceptional service has been unwavering for decades. Recently, we had the pleasure of visiting their newly opened showroom in Yelahanka, and we were far from disappointed. Conveniently situated opposite the RMZ Galleria Mall, next to the Sony Center, this location has become a boon for Yelahanka residents. In the past, we had to endure the hassle of traveling to the city for our gold purchases, but now, with the emergence of a few showrooms in the area, we are delighted that we no longer have to navigate through city traffic and waste valuable time. The Malabar showroom in Yelahanka is prominently positioned by the roadside, making it impossible to miss. There is ample parking available, with space for three cars in the front and additional parking in the basement. The showroom's ambiance and decor exude a warm and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted and guided to the appropriate section. As it was a weekday morning, there were not many customers at that time, but the staff soon became busier. The staff member who assisted us was highly knowledgeable and patiently catered to our needs, showcasing the extensive collection. We were genuinely impressed by the array of gold, diamonds, gems, and silver pieces on display. The Divine and Ethnix collections, in particular, caught our attention, showcasing exquisite designs and craftsmanship. Although we did not have the need for exchanging or melting old jewelry during our visit, we cannot comment on that specific service. However, we can attest to the swiftness of the billing process, as it was efficiently explained to us before making payment. Overall, our experience at this store was delightful, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for gold purchases. Good service. Limited collection compared to other branches. But Diamond collection is very good. They allow you to look at the melting of the gold when you go to exchange any ornaments. Service is good. Devi was the one who showed us around. She was very sweet and patient.

Awesome Designs and the Staff at the Showroom are very courteous. I had visited Yelahanka Showroom to buy jewellery and Ms.Sridevi was very helpful in finalizing the designs, billing process and gift wrapping.
