It's a lovely jewelry shop that offers tea, coffee, and drinking water. They also guide you to the section you desire. I truly admired the patterns and designs of the jewelry. The salesperson, Mr. Sunil, is very polite, listens carefully, and assists you at every step. He also helps exchange old jewelry and provides clear guidance.
Reviewing from Tumkur branch here Super collections absolutely loving it. staffs were really good communicator's soft spoken they will show collections as per your taste. Personally i like staff in Tumkur branch name is Annappa loving is service patience iam giving him a 5 star.
Nice collections and good designs are available here. But they don't entertain bargaining and making charges is very high. Few times I see employees hesitate to show different kind of designs as they feel irritated if we ask to show more designs. Good parking facility is available.
Having a attractive building at a nice location does not mean you are running a successful business or selling more jewels. Slaes personal here doesn't know anything about jewellery. They don't even anything about 'sales'. Or even a decent human interaction (lol) We went to purchase a jewellery for a wedding. They didn't ask us anything, we had to ask them show us the specific one from display. A good sales person will realise this and keep showing futher similar stuff. This guy just stood there looking dumb. Also we had to explicitly ask them give us Mirror so we can try out. When we asked for different models they said 'everything thing is on display, choose one'. I can do that with online store. Why waste resources, energy and money on a physical store. This is what happens when a un motivated person gets franchise. The people who were supposed to help us with chairs and water were just standing in corner playing games on phone. A week ago i visited Malabar Gold in Anantapur. It was totally different and pleasing experience. We were only thinking to buy one necklace, with that kind of tratment and sales we bought three. These people should visit those other stores to learn how to treat a customer or fellow human being.
Arif being the attendant gave an awesome service and ensured customer satisfaction. We appreciate the overall experience as a frequent customer.
