Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior by the staff, very derogatory attitude towards us as we asked to show a ring below 40k Rs, even straight forward denied to show any Mangalsutra and asked to see which was kept in self from far. We went there It was 1st and last visit to any malabar Negative marks on customer service to them. Anyhow we gladly purchased all the stuff from Tanishq that too in our budget with decent service.
Malabar branch at phoenix pallasio is outstanding . Staff is excellent nd cooperative their behaviour was awesome nd polite. And specially Mr.Ashutosh Trivedi one of the staff is really fabulous nd intelligent. His dealing was awesome. I really recommended all to go and purchase ur dream jewellery there.They had a lots of wonderful collection nd good service .
