Today bought a necklace from Malabar gold at phoenix market city, collections found where very good. Customer service representatives where also very cooperative. If anyone wants to buy designer gold with less weight, you can surely try this venue for best selected collection.

Hopeless customer service by staffs with limited variety of choices for gold. I will never ever buy from Malabar Gold and Diamond Shop especially from Phoenix Mall, Velachery Chennai branch. I have been the customer for last 12 years and now will shift from Malabar completely ..... very bad customer service and not a friendly approach..
