Have good collections and well arranged shop.
Discounts are less for regular customer. Some managers are not friendly, doesn't come and talk to customers. This was my second visit in 2 months still no preference. 1 star is only for the coffee.

Experience is 4/5 because of less collections. The only thing I had benefited bracelet model, looking for same model but unfortunately I had not received from any of the jwellery except from MALABAR. Collections are less in anklet sections and complimentary items are not giving compare to previous visit. Satisfactorily purchased with MALABAR!

Firstly, this store have limited selection of engagement/wedding rings. We were promised a ring for men with making charge and engraving more than 21 days ago i.e., 14 august. They also took measurement of my ring finger and we specifically gave instructions it should be 3mm wide. Their representative told us we will get ring on time and with mentioned specifications. They failed to give us what was promised, terrible customer service, unprofessional behaviour and they hid my review which I posted on 14th august. I'm posting this again From this you can judge what kind of services they provide.
Malabar Gold and Diamonds has huge collection of jewellery. And if they don't have a particular piece of jewelry, they make it a point to help us get it. And the staff are cordial. I was assisted by Mr. Unni, who could even suggest a few different options of good taste, and Mr. Faheem. Both were really helpful.
Had been to Malabar to purchase wedding jewels , was a delightful visit with amazing and unique collections and great service by the team . Thanks.
