The worst jwellery show room I have visited and totally cheated me by wrong commitment. Very low quality in making. After few uses the bangle got a bend and stone came out. As I am residing in Bangalore I could not go and return the product to the same show room. They are so good in buttering you should not fall in their treatment. Secondly immediately they will ask you to review 5 star and don't fall in that trap. Now I decided never visit Malabar Gold, I used to buy Joy Alukkas or Kalyan, now I understood they are far better than Malabar Gold. From the images you can easily understand how many times we might have used the bangle as you can't see any dirt on it.

I have visited malabar gold and diamonds few times...each time I've got great experience...excellent collection of jewels and best service...

We exchanged old ornaments with new one. The old gold fetched the days market price, without any reductions. Overall experience was EXCELLENT

I am a regular customer of MG, and now I'm very much disappointed about this,I have purchased a chain 3 yrs ago, it kept on breaking after 1 year of usage . We went to MG to set it right for several times in just 3yrs of purchase & we thought to get a new one instead of the old but they refused to change the product due to their policy. If the MG is stick with your policy then you have to give us a good product.or the product is fault you have accept and replace it.

They don't show much collections for small purchases. Salesman was busy explaining their some offer scheme instead of showing us options or explaining how much gram it is & etc. Very very limited options are shown.

I am giving this one star only to share my experience. We had a very bad experience. We selected a bangle and due to insufficient fund we made and advance payment of 36000 and the sales person Mr. Haris assured by giving an invoice of advance payment which is valid for 6 months that you can come and collect the bangle which will be kept separately. After one and half month when we went with the balance amount to collect the bangle it was not there. Even though we made almost half of the cost of the bangle that item was not placed separately and we came out without getting gold our day wasted. Very irresponsible. Here after I will never visit this malabar gold.

One of the best collection for all type of jewellerys. Especially good collection for diamonds. Friendly services. Neat nd clean place.
