The staff are polite and knowledgeable. After the recent renovation, the store looks gorgeous outside and inside as well with beautiful decor and interiors.

I have been visiting Malabar gold and diamonds Chanda nagar branch for 3 years. I feel more comfortable and peaceful to check jewelry and decide what to buy. Lankesh is my go to person in this branch. Whenever I have to visit I always make sure he is available, so that he will show me multiple options and give me all minute details. Their gold schemes are worthy for women who love to save for gold. Must visit the Chandanagar branch for the best experience. It's kid friendly too.

From past 5 years we are purchasing gold, diamond and rose gold jeweller's at chanda nagar branch. Our home location is at manikonda, This store is far away from my home but still I always travel for an hour for this store because the quality of uncut diamonds are very good and the staff hospitality is extraordinary, especially Kiran Das is very good at understanding customer requirements, taste and he shows products based on our requirements within our budget and also he provides good discounts on it. He always take of customers. We calls him for clarifications, he will always responds to our queries immediately. The reason why I have mentioned his name is, we get such persons very rarely and they should be applauded. A big applaud to Kiran Das and other staff and Malabar.

They have reduced the quality of the product and is easily breaking. Moreover their repair service is worst. Some staffs along with their store manager are worse and doesn't care about their customers. We have been waiting for 2 months now to get our product repaired but they are not at all showing any responsibility. Specially store manager is not skilled or competent enough to handle customer concerns. They always lie on situations and doesn't deliver things on promised date. Better to go with other jewellers who give better quality product and service. They are simply worse and not able to handle growing customer base.

Not so good experience when you compare with their outlets in Kerala. You are greeted at the door but then left to fend for yourself. Although there is enough staff, you need to wait for them to come to you. Collection is about average. Parking space is congested. Wouldn't recommend.
