AVOID THIS PLACE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went here to buy a high value item. The salesman had no manners, was not interested in showing us the items and their body language was restless and lacking in any attention. Was completely put off by their behaviour. The managerial staff were clueless about their offers & just speak empty words. It's the first time I've experienced a store that did not want to earn any business or make basic efforts to sell an item! I decided to walk out and not give my hard earned money to this awful business. Go to tanishq or bhima on the same road. They treat their customers way better and have better jewellery too. Note to the business owners- train your staff on basic behaviour, customer service & manners if you want to attract more customers apart from just the locals.

We went there to buy a wedding set for a wedding taking place in USA. Shebin was the sales person who helped us. He helped us buy the best jewelry and set it so beautifully. We FaceTimed with the bride in USA who loved everything Shebin picked for us. My mom said this was the least stressful time buying gold. I also have to mention shebin's manager ( did not catch his name ) who chatted amiably for a while with us and gave the great wedding discount. Thank you. Coming back to Shebin , he even checked if our Uber came and only then did he leave us. Made us feel so well looked after. Malabar Gold and diamond is a great place to shop. You know it's gold so all it matters is the charge of making and variety of models (both jewelry and celebrity! ) Yeah a lot of models are available with great staff, making charge is quite low, ample parking. No coffee. Means you sit there hours with a dry mouth. Just kidding. Good place to shop for gold.

My family and I visited this branch of Malabar today, looking to buy a gift. Having no clue about jewelry and gold, we thought we might have a hard time trying to find anything. That's when Sona, one of the sales associate, came to our assistance. Her way of presentation and interaction with us was very impressive. She helped us stay within our budget, and also engaged us with fun conversations throughout. Really hope the management provides her the appreciation she deserves. Will find Sona again next time we come.
