The customer service is very poor and I feel that they are not ready to give me the information I need. Because they know my need and are not ready to give proper explanation. Worst worst quality of business.. they sold used one to us as new piece.. when we hav enquire about the damage they said it was not taken from this shop.. this is level of commitment they have it through the customer..

I am giving one star as there is no option for a 0 star. We purchased a pair of emerald earrings and noticed that the stone was broken. We went back to the shop to get it replaced, however they said that they we came after the return window and they couldn't replace the piece. They could only get it repaired from the store. We agreed to this and asked them for the costs. It was said there is no service fee and we would have to pay for the excess weight of the new stone placed, if there is excess weight. All well, we gave it for repair. Now, when we go to collect it from the store, we see that they are charging us for the entire cost of the new stone and even threw away our old stone (please note that this is emerald, a precious stone, with good value). On asking about this, they said that all this was already told to us. When we said no, they said they can't help it as these are the terms and conditions.When we asked them to give our old stone, they said that it is broken. Overall, they wanted us to pay twice for the same earring for no mistake of ours. Was it our fault that the stone was broken? We went to this store thinking it is a big brand and would be a good one, but is just worst customer service. The manager of the store is even worse than the staff as he doesn't want to accept any mistakes or solve any grievance. Worst of the worst behaviour when he asked us to leave even as we were speaking about our complainte as he was getting late. Unbelievable!!! Definitely not going back. Consider this review as a warning to save your hard earned money.

Very good service. Wastage will be slightly higher for fancy design jewels, but design collections are beautiful and elegant. Sales executives are polite and friendly. Joining in jewel chit is better for avoiding the wastage rates. Overall good service.

I had been a regular customer ever since the inception of Malabar Kumbakonam.Not only that I have introduced many of my relatives and friends. I will not visit here any more due to their worst customer support. On 2nd of this month I bought and gold chain which was getting twisted at 3-4 places. On approach, they flatly refused to replace the defective piece rather suggested to go for a new one by forgoing around 12% by way of making charges and tax. In such a scenario I will stand loser by around rs 6 K. I opted out and came back with the defective piece. I have decided not to visit this place any more and would suggest the one who read this review to think twice before stepping in. They are worst to the core in after sales support.
