We have had our wedding purchases and other small purchases from the Angamaly branch and the staff were very friendly and helpful every time during our visit to the branch. I have even visited the Sharjah branch and Doha branch. Both branches also dropped a good feeling about the jeweller and staff. Pretty much satisfied with their service.

Product quality is very very poor. Had to repair a kids bangle/bracelet item couple of times and forced to exchange as there was no other option. Lost 10k+ due to this purchase. Sale's team doesn't help you when you exchange the item. Customer will be end up in paying making charges on the higher side. Happy to share the bills if anyone interested to know more. Lost trust & customer loyalty with this brand
