Visited the store on dhanteras ,the collection was average and so were the employees, attention was given according to the item you buy ,we went there to buy a small daily wear earrings for my mother ,not only the sales executive was not at all interested and even after telling them the design and them having the design he told us it is not available when i pointed the finger and showed it to him than he was like okay .. least interested to show anything ...we wanted to see more but couldnt because of the attitude, no one offered a bottle of water even after asking they were least bothered ,later i was accompanied by another sales executive which was bit more decent than the first one . I didnt confront him about his attitude becuase it was a auspicious day for me and I didn't want to ruin it for my mother.well ,i will never come back to this store to be decriminated in relation with how expensive my purchase is going to be

Had a very warm and friendly experience at the Ghatkopar East store. Design and variety is very good. Store is well stock up. Making charges are reasonable. There a salesperson called Somashree. She is very good.she is patient and understands customers very well.
