Wonderful shopping experience here and the jewellery collection is very nice. We went for our Anniversary shopping today and the exec Bhavit got to know about our anniversary. After the billing, all the staff gave us wonderful surprise by arranging cake and celebrating our anniversary.
We visited the Bannerghatta road Malabar store to buy necklace. The Store has good collection and Store manager Nasir and executive Shravan helped us in all possible ways to give us best price and got complimentary silver coins as well
Had a wonderful experiance buying silver and gold in Bannerghatta branch. Staff named Pooja who did wonderful job in suggesting and guiding us to buy good product which suits our requirements. Malabar is lucky to have such employees like Pooja.
Rating is purely for their staff's arrogance. If you are keen to learn how to improvise customer experience please don't hesitate to visit this branch. We visited the branch two weeks back, to my surprise no staff was placed at the entrance to greet and guide us. Upon entering the showroom we had waited for almost 10 minutes and none of the staff were attentive. A lady executive appeared finally and rudely responded that customers may have to wait for half an hour since they have a shortage of staff. We walked out immediately!!
Very good collection. You will get an end number of range even if they have a small floor, they provide collections from their biggest show rooms, very good service
This place is at the Bannerghatta road near Royal Oak, offers variety of Gold, silver, platinum and diamond jewellery. The store is small and has only ground floor so the options are less compared to a big store. You can place order if you want some specific design. They also have silver Pooja utensils etc. The parking is available just outside the store.
