I had a wonderful dining experience at Malabar Fresh Haute Cuisine. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was top-notch. The highlight was the prompt serving of delicious dishes, with ample portions and exceptional quality. I especially enjoyed the Biriyani and Mandi dishes. A truly delightful culinary journey that I would highly recommend to others!
Very bad experience with a hotel in Highway side. Dirty eating areas rude waiters, food pricing are very high and quality was worst.
One of the washing tap is leaking and spreading water to customers. Haven't visited such an un hygienic restaurant.

Ordered a shamam shake through swiggy for Rs 130 which was over priced, quantity was cheaply little, they didn't even give half of the glass. I highlighted the matter to swiggy customer care after 2 days as i was busy travelling after that, but no action or remedy was made due to the delay in reporting.
Ordered Porotta, Butter Chicken and Chicken Lollipop through Swiggy. Recieved stale Chicken Lollipop. Chicken used in Lollipop are definitely 2-3 days old. Going to escalate this and complain to Food Safety Department.
I recently dined at Hotel Malabar fresh haute cuisine in Chengannur, and I must say, it was a satisfying experience. The restaurant offers a delightful array of dishes that cater to diverse tastes.
The ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable and was ok ok.The staff was attentive and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience.
In conclusion, if you're in Chengannur and craving non-vegetarian cuisine,(they have less vegetarian options) i would recommend giving Hotel Malabar a try.
I had a bad experience while ordering via swiggy. Had to cancel my order once due to lack of item and the second order received was not as I ordered. Called multiple times to the restaurant regarding my order and waited almost 2 hours for the whole process which is frustrating when you're hungry.
