Good customer service, friendly staff. But the parking space infront of the showroom is not enough.
Malabar ford service- They are very slow even on small issues. I strongly recommend you to be more faster on your work. And please learn to prioritize work when there is an emergency drive in..Not every car owner is for booked service. We might be coming in for a quick checkup with complaints. We were there with small complaints on the mid way travel twice and we were stranded a looong time. We are keeping away from you next time.
Showroom is under some renovation so don't expect a heart welming welcoming. Sales executives are professional. Went there to book an EcoSport god knows when is it gonna get delivered. Hectic waiting time
Worst Delivery experience ever from any showroom , hands down !! Booked a Ford Ecosport Diesel Sports (Black) for the last 5 months and the SM at Malabar Ford is still "trying" to get me the vehicle. Having booked the vehicle during March, no communication about booking number/expected date/anything really, for the next 3 months and had to call in and check myself if I can get any news. No communication whatsoever!! Had to call multiple people in the showroom , including the Sales Manager to get some reply 3 times a day for weeks, which basically negated all the things the delivery executive promised us. They promised the delivery on 5 different dates and as I'm writing the review after getting the vehicle from a different dealer, Malabar ford still says they will "try" to deliver on October. ( please note the other dealer delivered the car within 2 months after booking there) Such a shame they still drag Ford's brand name to mud with some incompetent staffs. And here is the best part, they still haven't given me a proper booking ID with ford, no emails from ford, and they charge double the booking amount from any other dealer. Can now understand why customers deviate from ford just because of some dealers.
Poor quality staff
Just had my Figo picked up and delivered after 1,00,000 Kms service today. Neatly done. Well behaved staff and good communication by Malabar Ford service staff. Thanks.
Was planning to buy Ecosport and visited them for getting a test drive, They staffs were not at all corporating and they bluntly said they cannot give a car for test drive. Their attitude is like if you want you buy from our showroom.

They are really professional in what they do. Even after the exit of Ford from India there's no difference in the service they provide. You get a decent launge to wait. I felt Washing quality is not up to the mark this is one area I think they should
