Please don't give your car for any detailing or body works. I gave my car for whole body painting - substandard work done inspite of the heavy cost. Had to show them missed spots and white paints smeared on black areas. Surprising they don't even clean after painting works. And the interiors had turned white with paints even up the seat belts, dashboard, doors! After the service we couldn't open one door. They said latch must have gone bad and we need to pay to repair the issue. When we pointed out that this issue was not there where we gave the car, they got aggressive saying things like happen and they will not repair without payment. This is after paying 80k!!

Very bad service. Not caring our car properly. They changed my cars tyre and made scratches over alloys. Pathetic.And they don't take care us if we go there in a emergency repair situations. I went there once i had some steering problem while driving. Waited for 20 minutes. Nobody took care. Then i came back. They will take care only pre booked services.and they are focusing to loot the money, not to take care the car. Cleaning the car was very bad. Lot of dust were inside. We have no other way so we r helpless.

Good experience. They diagnosed my vehicle's complaint and resolved it. But took 6 days to resolve it. Overall work is good but littlebit slow. Very good staff and technicians especially melbin the guy who was my customer supporting staff was so helpful.

This is the only authorised Ford service center in the city, which caters to periodic servicing and maintenance. Highly customer satisfying, with great work ethic.

Find another good mechanic to maintain you car. These guys will rip you off and spoil your car which will need additional work sooner than usual.

Worst experience.. we were travelling and we had an emergency and we travelled around 1 hour to reach there and they were not even ready to just check for the complaints... Even though we said we are travelling with family , their response was to park our car and leave and they will check later... Worst service center ever.
