I would give 0 star If I could. Because I have ordered * beaf Kappa biryani*but I didn't get 1small piece of beaf in that dish.
Overrated. Service was late and not good. They didnt knew customers where there untill notified. Food price are overrated for the bad quality they provide...
Never ever go to this filthy hotel. The waitress is so rude and staffs including the same waitress are untidy... They even cough without covering mouth. Believe me I have seen it infront of me. I have never seen such rude staffs anywhere. The waitress doesn't know to serve food neatly. It's not a one-time experience. I have seen it many times and my colleagues also had same experience from there. The food is just horrible. Omg they should change their name to filthy hotel rather than Malabar... Don't dine here at any cost. Better go for some other hotels near ( for Aster patient and accompanying people, better have lunch from inside itself). If there is an option for zero rating, I would have given them that

Selling out south Indian cuisine, especially Kerala food, I was there for breakfast, the ambience is not special, food is just ok but the staff should learn how not to be rude, at least teach them how to smile, just food won't fill tummies, a smile can do a lot better than that
