I had a good experience at malabar eye hospital . The staff and doctors were incredibly courteous and professional. They made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. Their excellent behavior truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend this eye hospital for their exceptional service.

Look at their path to two wheeler parking area... really horrible..That too in a 'Eye Hospital'.. The management really need to consider about these things..

After so many enquiries to different hospitals we were here for my Moms cataract surgery. After consultation i was lit bit worried as Dr mentioned its on 4th stage. We heard some bad reviews about the hospital but finally from our first visit experience I decided to continue with Malabar. The service was exceptional from all the staff on duty including Doctors. They were approaching each patients with beautiful smile on face . Each one gave me a feeling that they are working for there own institution not like i m staff working on salary. The wash room in the lobby & always a dusty smell inside the lift was a disappointment. My Mom's vision is good now, she s recovering.Thanku for the love and care shown to my Mom& for guiding her back to the colourful world.I would like to mention the names of Ms. Sheetal, from insurance desk. Everywhere its a headache to deal with insurance but she made it so easy& simple . Too good, fast & professional.And Ms Divya, who always guided & supported my Mom,gave all the do, do not infos & follow up after surgery. Hats off Divya you were simply superb& professional . You guys make this a place as a recommendable reputed Eye hospital. Thanks & Hugs to the Entire Team

My 84-year-old father had cataract surgery done successfully on both eyes at the Malabar Eye Hospital on October 9. This would not have been possible without the constant and consistent support offered by Counsellor Anagha and Dr Ajoy Mohan. My father's case was complicated as he was a stroke patient and had hearing problems, so it had to be done under GA. Thanks to excellent coordination by Anagha and doctor, all tests could be done to ensure maximum safety especially considering the risk in this case. The support staff at the hospital were also kind and considerate. We express our sincere thanks to the entire team for making this happen with the least amount of stress and maximum reassurance.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent consultation at Malabar Eye Hospital. The treatment I received was inadequate and there was no improvement in my condition. Considering the price I paid for the consultation, I believe it was not worth it. I would like to file a complaint regarding this matter.

I was so impressed with their service and treatment.The facilities were good and contributing to a positive overall experience.
