I recently visited this establishment and had a mixed experience, which I would rate as an average three stars. One of the highlights of Makrand Sweet is their diverse menu. The chat and panipuri were delicious, bursting with flavors that transported me back to the streets of Mumbai. The burger and pizza were decent, but not exceptional. As for the Indian sweets, they were a delightful treat, with each bite offering a taste of traditional flavors. However, I must mention that the service quality and attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked a welcoming demeanor. It took longer than expected to receive our order, and the overall efficiency of the service could definitely be improved. I believe that a more attentive and customer-oriented approach would greatly enhance the dining experience at Makrand Sweet. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant had a clean and comfortable setting, providing a suitable environment for enjoying a quick bite or a casual gathering. While Makrand Sweet offers a decent range of vegetarian street food and Indian sweets, there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and attitude. With a more customer-centric approach, they have the potential to elevate their offerings and create a more enjoyable dining experience for their patrons.

Good food and nice ambience!!! Rajkumar took our order and served us very well. The staff is courteous.

Can't miss this place....A must visit.!!!!! Being a teacher, went for celebration of Teachers Day with my team and as it was a little late so only we were there enjoying the food and chitchatting about the school and outle experience. Our last order took a little longer that made us wonder is it in the process of being served or not?????? And guess what to our surprise the waiter got a beautiful cake with Happy Teachers Day written on it!!!!!! Overwhelmed with the gesture. Needless to mention the everything was upto the mark . And very quick service .We ordered butter Paneer Masala, veg Handi, Naan and Dal Makhani.

Food is tasty and the service from Mr Rajkumar is also very good. I visited here today again and ordered Dahi Puri and waited for 25 mins and then have to walk away. So service is very poor i can say.

Reopened it again after 3 years ..Good food like earlier.

Got a pack of diwali sweets as gift (packed by Makrand). The sweets were very sugary in taste. Even the motichur laddu was very very mediocre (lots of usage of dalda). One of the sweets even had a stale oil flavour. Packing was good, but that was deceiving the real taste inside.

This place has recently opened their resturant above their sweet shop. I liked their sweets and now loved their resturant too. My wife visited this place with her colleagues and recommended us to go as family. Overall the ambience is very lively with proper seating arrangement for big gathering as well as for couples / singles. Staff is very friendly and suggest dishes based in your liking and most popular items in their resturant. We ordered Chole bhature and Spl Thali and Veg Manchurian. Thali was good and sufficient quantity of sabji, roti and rice. Chole bhature was also good except the quantity of chole was too less compared to 2 bhature offered in a plate. Veg Manchurian was very spicy and we gave feedback to the server. All in all a good outlet to explore and try their dishes.
