A market of street vendors located in heart of Lal Chowk Srinagar, near Ghanta Ghar and opposite famous school of Kashmir, BISCOE in Sheikh Bagh Srinagar. U can find apparels and shoes of different varieties both Indian and Chinese brand at nominal rates. It's the market of poor and lower middle class. The place where the market is located used to be a transport yard for the Government owned corporation " SRTC, State Road Transport Corporation. From here buses to different routes in kashmir used to play. Adjacent to the Makah market is a Taxi stand, where u can find easy cabs and carriages to Anantnag, Pulwama, Baramullah and other loung distance routes together with other distances. Adjacent to the Taxi stand is the famous Partap Park. Which is so famous and is sandwiched between famous MA Road and Residency Road.
