Highly unprofessional behaviour of the owner (khushboo)
You can't rely on her as she is very rude with the delivery of their words..
Over a call i booked some services in their so called 'offer package' which is completely rate to rate but I somehow agreed on it coz I was running late.
But they did the modification in prices as per their own which is not ethical and professional at all.
Would recommend you all to clarify all the things along with prices before you hit any of the services.
No doubt staff (Suman) is very good and polite.
Would suggest khushboo to kindly work on their attitude and behaviour while client dealing.
To all the people who are seeking services from her salon kindly see all the previous negative reviews.. Her list is long.
Most convenient salon if you are staying at ITC Mughal and need an MUA. Khushboo and her team are punctual and do a good job. Eye makeup/hairstyling and sari are very good. Suman has a good hand.

I haven't visited the salon but acquired their on venue services for party makeup. The artists that came are very friendly and good at their job but can improve when it comes to hairstyling. But the manager at the salon was very sweet initially when i was about to book services bt later on she stop replying to my messages. I am only asking for the pictures of mine that their artist clicked bt she is not replying to my messages at all. Its very rude of her.
